Alexandra Park is the perfect venue for your next conference or meeting. We have a variety of air-conditioned meeting rooms with capacities ranging from 1000 to 10 delegates. We offer you a range of flexible meeting and function spaces, whether it’s for a boardroom meeting for 10, a Gala Dinner for 350, or for a conference of 1000.
All our meeting rooms are equipped with the latest audio-visual equipment, which is included within your room hire. The Auditorium, which divides equally in two, both equipped with its own sound desk and high-resolution projectors. Three of the five dining rooms also open to the auditoriums to create one large conference and exhibition space. Additionally, Alex Park offers a variety of fully equipped meeting rooms with an abundance of natural light, along with undercover spaces for breakouts, breaks and gatherings.
We have professional friendly staff on hand to welcome you and ensure your meeting runs smoothly from start to finish. Flexibility is the key to our service, and we will endeavour to accommodate your requirements. There are a number of 4* and 5* hotels and apartments all within a few minutes walk of Alex Park. We have a great working relationship with our neighbours and are happy to assist with your initial enquiry, to help you source accommodation for your conference.
Additionally we have over 300 beds onsite, if budget is big consideration for your event.
Dining
Our in-house professional catering team can tailor menus to match your requirements and budgets. Whether you are looking for a Gala Dinner, working lunch, cocktail reception or special function, we can cater for your needs.
Onsite group activities
Many groups build their program and activities around the outdoor facilities available onsite which help to promote self-confidence, develop life skills and encourage initiative. Activity spaces available include:
· Adventure activities including high ropes, climbing wall and Giant Swing
· Ample spaces for team-building games, canoeing, raft building, archery and orienteering
· 25 metre shaded swimming pool
· Beach volleyball court
· Large, grassed Oval suitable for Marquees and outdoor events

Alex Park is located in beautiful bushland and only 5 minutes stroll from Alexandra Headland surf beaches, shops, restaurants and coffee shops. We are only 20 minutes drive from the Sunshine Coast Airport and 75 minutes from Brisbane International Airport. We have ample parking, with over 100 car parking spaces available and easy access for coaches.
