Overview
Nestled among bushland only 1.5km away from the beach is Noosa’s best kept secret “Beach Road Holiday Homes”. 49 Architecturally designed houses and leisure centre with 4 swimming pools including a lap pool, heated spa, games room, lounge and children’s playroom. Superbly located away from the hustle and bustle of Noosa’s thriving tourist spot but close enough for a taste of it.
Our houses are 3/4 bedrooms with 3/4 bathrooms and are large enough for executive retreats of up to 25 comfortably. One house is the conference base and accommodate your group in our other houses. Private chefs come in to do the catering and we can theme according to your wishes. Come up and have a look you will be glad you did.

Dining
Onsite Catering is done using one of our very experienced catering companies. They set up in the grounds and can supply breakfast, lunch and dinner.
We can have dinner set up under the stars (weather permitting) or in one of the houses.
Marquee room for up to 200+
Off-Site nearby is the tavern which caters for large groups however this option is only available Friday-Sunday.
Noosa Marina with its array of restaurants caters for many of our groups. There is a limit buses must catch the ferry back by 10pm during the week or Midnight on weekends.

Location
Beach Road Holiday Homes are located in beautiful bushland along Noosa North Shore. We are only 30 minutes drive from the Sunshine Coast Airport and 90 minutes from Brisbane Airport.
