LifeFlight started as a grassroots regional helicopter service in 1979 and has grown into a trusted name in emergency rescue and pre-hospital care. Our fleet now includes medically equipped air ambulance jets and rescue helicopters that operate like flying intensive care units, crewed by the best medical staff.
Our base at the Sunshine Coast enables us to reach people across the Coast and South Burnett region, wherever help is needed. As these communities expand, the demand for our services continues to grow, and it’s our job to meet that need as best we can.
