Who are we?

Our role is to promote the Sunshine Coast as a viable destination for conferences, meetings and incentive programs. Our knowledgeable staff save event organisers hours of work by providing independent expert advice and support on every aspect of holding a business event on the Sunshine Coast. We are passionate about ensuring your event is memorable, for all the right reasons.

Request for information or proposals

Our team knows the work that goes into planning for an upcoming event. As a convention bureau, we provide free and unbiased guidance to assist you with this mammoth task by sourcing information or full proposals from Sunshine Coast products and services. Whether it’s researching venues, transfer options, offsite dinner locations, event theming … you name it, we know it! Site visits

For those who are seriously considering the Sunshine Coast for an upcoming event, we invite you to experience our destination first-hand! We can assist you with developing your site inspection itinerary to ensure your time in the region is as valuable as possible. We also have an annual familiarisation (famil) program, which showcases the regions conference facilities and services as well as incentive products and services. If you are interested in joining one of the scheduled famils, please email the team.

Delegate boosting

Pre and post tours

Delegate servicing

There are a range of services on offer which can enhance your delegates experience on-the-ground. One such service is a ‘pop-up visitor information centre’ which can be located in a conference venue lobby to encourage your delegates to see and do more while they are here for a conference.*
