From sun-drenched beaches to hinterland serenity, this multi-day itinerary offers a rich tapestry of local experiences, culinary delights, and valuable group downtime.

DAY 1 | ARRIVE & CONNECT

Morning /Afternoon

Arrive at Sunshine Coast Airport and be greeted by a fleet of vintage Kombi Vans by Evoke Experiences who will drive your group along the picturesque coastline to Noosa Heads. The group can shake off the flight and get their feet straight into the sand with a relaxed Noosa Beach picnic and Beach Olympics by Splash Events.

Afternoon

After checking into Sofitel Noosa Pacific Resort, delegates will have the opportunity to refresh, hit the resort pool and explore their Hastings Street shops.

Evening

At sunset, the group will step aboard the Catalina Noosa for a scenic 2-hour cruise, sipping on delightful cocktails and indulging in savory dinner canapés in the tranquil waters of the Noosa River and nearby lakes.

DAY 2 | EXPLORE

Morning

Start the day off with a guided Noosa National Park Walk and learn about the Noosa UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, before getting prepared for their day of exploring.

Day

Join Creative Tours for a guided tour with a local expert through the iconic The Original Eumundi Markets to meet local producers on this unique local experience. You’ll go behind the scenes and meet the makers behind some of the amazing local produce in the region, then take a scenic hinterland drive to the renowned Spirit House Restaurant & Cooking School. Delight all of the senses with an Award Winning contemporary Asian lunch set in lush tropical gardens.

Evening

Step on board the iconic Noosa Ferry for a sunset transfer to Noosa Boathouse for canapes and a sit-down dinner with 180 degree views of Noosa River and the sun setting over the hinterland in the distance.

DAY 3 | TRANQUILITY

Morning

Following breakfast head to an unforgettable wilderness experience into one of Australias’ most pristine and untouched regions, the Noosa Everglades (one of two everglades in the planet!). Canoe, kayak or glide on a guided eco boat in the tea tree mirrored waterways or simply relax in this unique natural environment with Epic Ocean Adventures.

Day

Keeping with the hinterland theme, travel up the road to the small country town of Pomona, where the group will embark on a taste sensation at Pomona Distillery. Exclusively use one of the unique spaces to lunch on local produce, but more importantly taste and learn about the range of handcrafted local gin’s.

Evening

Stroll down to Noosa Beach as the sun sets and prepare to be dazzled by a Beach Gala Dinner that surpasses all expectations! Picture giant tipis adorned with overhead festoon lighting, welcoming cocktails upon arrival, a delectable gourmet dinner, and live music setting the perfect ambiance.

With the soft sand beneath your feet, the gentle lull of the ocean, and the open sky above, this unforgettable experience is the ideal way to celebrate an incredible few days on the Sunshine Coast.

DAY 4 | INSPIRE

Morning

Following a leisurely morning, the group can savor their last sunshine-filled gathering at the iconic Sunshine Beach Surf Club. Delight in a lunch spread either on the lawn or in their Ocean Room, offering panoramic views of the pristine beach.

After days of fostering team spirit, discovering the region, and indulging in personal rejuvenation, delegates will undoubtedly depart imbued with a radiant “Sunshine State of Mind” brimming with new found inspiration.
