Overview
Restaurant Without Walls
By People, Plates & Places
Experience an exceptional day on a working farm. Hear the farmer’s story and the challenges they face to put food on a table. Enjoy a farm tour, be it an orchard, cattle property or a plantation.
As the tour finishes you turn the corner and the restaurant without walls appears in the middle of the paddock. The long table, set with a white tablecloth, glassware and chinaware, is just waiting for guests to be seated. The plate-to-paddock dining experience provides a chef prepared five-course menu showcasing the farmer’s and other local produce. The wines are carefully paired to each course.
