View by Matt Golinski is a collaboration between Matt Golinski and Peppers Noosa Resort & Villas.

Our menu, delivered by head chef Andrew Wilcox, focuses on both the best flavours and textures of local ingredients.

View by Matt Golinski’s menu features a mouth-watering array of highly creative dishes, made almost entirely with ingredients from the Sunshine Coast and Gympie regions. What makes the Sunshine Coast and Gympie such an attractive holiday destination also creates an astoundingly fertile and abundantly diverse food bowl.

The result is a menu of uniquely local flavours, assembled with true epicurean flair and served in a relaxed, informal dining environment that features a view of paradise – complemented by a taste of paradise on the plate.

Chef profile – Andrew Wilcox

Third-generation local of Noosa, View by Matt Golinski Head Chef Andrew Wilcox shares his passion for the region and vibrant produce with a lively kitchen team and delighted diners.

Beginning his culinary adventure earlier than most, Andrew entered the kitchen at just 13 years of age. Keen to learn with a strong appetite for gaining the skills needed in commercial kitchens, he began a school based apprenticeship that lasted three years.

After a one-way trip to Melbourne, Andrew began managing his own kitchen team and learning the ropes of busy Melbourne hospitality. Exploring popular inner-city food markets increased Andrew’s resourcefulness and creativity, throwing together the fresh local produce in innovative ways. Upon eventually returning to Noosa, he embraced a new-found inspiration to bring families together in an environment that caters to all.

It is with this enthusiasm that Andrew leads the talented kitchen team at View by Matt Golinski, crafting a menu of modern design and a touch of the old fashioned to please any palate.
